The Company maintains a database of all production statements for our working interest and royalty investors.

The current purchasers of crude production are Regal Petroleum in the state of Kentucky and Appalachian Oil Purchasers in West Virginia. Our purchasers deduct Severance Tax from payout which will be noted on your statement. Payment for oil purchases is made directly to our investors from the purchasing company.

The current purchaser of our natural gas production is Appalachian Natural Resources, Inc. We receive payment for all production on approximately the 28th of each month and make every effort to remit payment to our investors within 15 business days. We deduct Severance Tax before making final payments to all investors.

After production payments are processed, we will upload monthly statements as a pdf file to our website.
